What's the story?
Josh wanted to place Poison Ivy on a plant throne since she is the self-declared savior of plant life in Gotham. Her expression almost indicates that Batman was just captured and is being lured to her by one of her nasty plant companions. The typography matches the show to create extra nostalgia.
